Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Rescheduled events
If an event moves date, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
Change of mind
Tickets are non-refundable other than in the cases above, as event capacity is reserved at the point of purchase.
