Your ticket
Each ticket carries a unique number and code. It admits one guest once only and is scanned on arrival. Screenshots of a ticket that has already been scanned will not be admitted.
Transfers
Tickets may be passed to a guest you know, but the code remains single-use. Resale above face value is not permitted and such tickets may be voided.
Arrival
Please arrive within the stated entry times. Late entry cannot be guaranteed once the venue reaches capacity.
Lost tickets
Contact us and we can resend your ticket to the email address used at purchase.
